Located at 3100 Kramer Lane in Austin, Travis County, Texas. It is a 5-story wrap project with a 5.5-story parking garage. The development consists of 189 age-restricted units for individuals aged 55 and above.
As the civil engineer, I was responsible for completing the civil engineering design and permitting for this project. This involved extensive coordination with the master development engineering firm (Stantec) for the Domain. The coordination with the master development firm included managing overall impervious cover limits and balance for the existing regional water quality stormwater facility, ensuring compliance with unit counts and densities allowed under the Planned Development Zoning District, coordinating transportation impact analysis (T.I.A.) to track trip usage, coordinating utility service stub outs for electric, water, wastewater, and stormwater, coordinating grading and driveway design for a future roadway extension, park access, and ensuring adherence to street scaping requirements for the planned development.
